Description
This project included the transformation of an existing state building into Fort Collins’ new 22,000 square foot Institute of Business and Medical Careers (IBMC). The usability of each individual space was enhanced to maximize functionality for the clients and users. After construction began, floating sewer lines were discovered under the building. Despite the setback, the remodel was finished on schedule while simultaneously replacing the sewer main. A new fire sprinkler and alarm system, custom casework and unique ceiling grids were also integral parts of this project. This project was highlighted in Lydia’s STYLE Magazine of Fort Collins as a refreshing and functional remodel project.

Description
The remodel of this 10,000 square foot retail space took place while occupied, and business continued. The project was split into two phases in order to conduct the tenant finish flawlessly without inhibiting business operations. The remodel consisted of an accessory retail area, a bike retail/warehouse area, a service area and workshop, and office space. The custom cash-wrap and services desks were designed by Thunderpup’s in-house design department, along with the custom paint scheme throughout. The business and sales methods were greatly considered when space-planning this project; thus, the remodel increased the amount of usable space and storage for the client, while increasing flow throughout the sales areas.

Description
The tenant finish of this space required an incredibly tight time schedule, which Thunderpup successfully adhered to. The 900 square foot juice bar started as less than a vanilla shell, with only existing concrete floors and structural walls. The complete tenant finish included custom casework, tile flooring, ceiling soffits and appropriate HVAC engineering. The resulting space is bright and refreshing, matching the juice shop’s philosophy to "live life juiced."

Description
The tenant finish and remodel of this office suite included new tile flooring and carpet, casework, the demolition and addition of interior non-structural walls and decorative glass partitions. The existing 500 foot hallway was long, narrow and daunting. By widening the space in several places, and implementing new walls with multiple curves and angles, the result was a seemingly shorter hall with several nooks and crannies that elegantly indicate office entries. New doors and windows were added to office spaces to bring more natural light into the hallway. This remodel was completed while offices were occupied and business continued.
